6 miler with hills

Comments:
Decent run, Did some hill repeats (4, 5, 6% grade for 1 min). Starting to feel the power come back a bit and that's in line with the multiply by 10 theory of marathon recovery, I'm nearly at 240 miles since Boston. I'll get 30 + this week, run the 5k Catamount race next week and build from there.
