Dana Point Bluffs

Another afternoon run in the nice overcast weather. had a shirt on this time. Started out with Dad from the Double Tree at a pretty slow pace. Ran North to the Museum. I ran up the steep hill and came down through Dana Point and Golden Lanturn. Met back up with Dad at the end of the hill, and we ran back in. Slow and easy overall. I needed to let my legs chill. They felt sore after yesterday. Also, I ran down a really nice street that made houses on Fairmont look like the projects. I couldnt get a good look because the driveways were gated.

Got back to the hotel, decided to cut it short. Stretch, L7, hips and some pushups while watching the news about the NFL Lockout. I wish I could roll...

I think I am going to just run 7 days this week to get in the mileage. I would have doubled, and cross trained, but I didnt really have the access this week.
