Comments:
Reined overnight and a cold front came through to clear some of the heat! Running this morning up to the river past food shack. roughly 5.1 out and 5.1 back. Right knee was tweaked a bit. Ice and take it easy. Was a bit slow but that is ok for the longer runs. Work on speed on Thursdays.
