Weather: Humid which sucked but cool
Comments:
Before work in the dark. Just laps around the neiborhood before I branch out and try to find new routes. I haven't decided on how many doubles yet but I'm thinking at least 3 a week. It makes the afternoon run more mamagable. I was meaning to do 6 but got out the door a little late. I'll be more on top of it next time
