ran by myself around 1ish. would have went sooner, but i ate a late breakfast that was nearly lunch. i run in the heat everyday at 4, so 1 wasn't too much worse. with next week being my first week at 70, i want to get better at actually planning my mileage. it usually works out, but occasionally doesn't, and i would to avoid it. this is what most of my thoughts consisted of during the run, so i drew up this plan for this week, and i'll go with a similar plan next week. i had my 7 for today, i have to cross train one day this week, 15 on saturday, and one double. i'll probably cross train wednesday, double on thursday. probably going to try 6 in the morning, 3 in the evening. thats 32 for the week, leaving monday tuesday and friday to fill in 25. good plan.
