Havnt been to veale in a while. I needed a day off, so hit up the pool. There was a scuba class in the big pool, so we all got sent to the old pool. I still got my own lane. Ankle is still weak in the water, so I didnt do complete swim... I hope its gonna be ok. did 10 min kick, 15 pull, 5 kick, 15 pull. On the pulling i felt like a fish, so strong and I only took like 3 breaths per length. Just in time for shark Week!
Got out of the pool and headed down tot he weight room. I was going to meet Alyssa, but he wasnt there when I got down. Back to abductor, adductor, leg press, med ball roll, lunges and dumbell pushups. Did a few calf raises too. Then stretched with Alyssa, L7 and some quality abs. Feeling tired but legs not too sore.
Saw the Flotrack Great Lakes Regional Preseason Predictions today. We shouldnt pay any attention to them, but we need to know that to get where we want to be, we are going to have to turn some heads, including our own.
