Needed to get back out on this route after crapping out on it last Wednesday. Felt good today throughout, with no walking or stretching. Lathered upper legs with vasline and no chafing problems at all. Picked things up at the end and ran the pace below 9:15. Drank 30oz water, 10oz gatorade. Gel at mile 4.5.
