Long run

Comments:
Ate a banana and 1/2 protein bar on the drive to the MV lake for llong run. Intended to do 11 miles, and was just shy of that. Did first 3 miles slow with Yafit. Didn't have my timer on, but averaged about a 10 mm. Felt good after the 10 1/2 miles were done. Slept an hour in the late afternoon. Didn't wear HR monitor. Had stomach issues at mile 9 and needed to find a bathroom, which slowed me down and messed up my time.
