Comments:
I went out for a run alone at 7 minute pace for the first two miles, and somehow i slowed down to an 11 minute mile for the 3rd mile. i looked afterwards and the mileage was right, but that was surprising to me. felt alright, hoping to get about 12 miles in tomorrow. i want to get 55-60 miles in this week
