Comments:
Ran to the soccer fields 1.5 miles from my house, did 30 minutes of Fartlek on the grass (2 min LT pace, 1 min jog in between). LT pace around 6:40-6:50 pace, jog was sloww. Felt good. Ran 1.5 as cool-down home.
