SHHS w/ fairhill add on

Really nice out when we left. Paul and I went out around SHHS then did some nice trails ath the nature center. Added on around Fairhill and back up NP. Walked the last 1/2 mile because I rolled my ankle again. It hurt a lot. I made it a whole month, and it was feeling pretty good, just looked a little puffy. This cranked it though. It is pretty sore now. Im kinda pissed now. I dont want this to be a hindrance. Ice and advil and keep going with training. Ill talke to Jess sometime to devise strengthening methods for it. I need to let it rest now though... Felt great before that.

Stretched a little on the lawn, L7, roll upstairs. Chatted with Grogan when he stopped by. Felt too pissed to do abs, but I did then anyways.
