Weather: Snowy/Slick For Warm-Up

Comments:
Warm-Up outside. I ran the workout slightly modified since it was my first workout on a track in a while. I did one 600, 2 x 400, 2 x 300, and 4 x 200, ad then a mile cool-down. Everything felt great and i hit my times, john+jeff and i ran the times according to 4:52 pace. Then, Eagle x 30 + stretching.
