Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Decided against a long run today. I kinda had to fit in the run at 1, so it was really hot out. Went with Paul up SP to Shaker, turned on eaton then came back SP. We were tired at the end, but legs felt ok. I actually didnt feel that bad. Ankle was unstable, and a little achy and sore. Held together though.
Got back, kinda wished I did striders... Stretch, L7 after chugging a bottle of gatorade. Then upstairs to roll and pushups. More icing later.
Tomorrow I can run when I get home, and then bike in the basement for a long run. Hopefully I wont be too tired. That shouldnt matter because I need to do it anyways.
This was close to 7, but a little short. Pace was slower unfortunatly. I rounded down yesterday, so ill round up today.
