Ran from Grant, just kind of around without a set route in mind, saw my grandma on Toulon. Legs felt pretty good, took a little while to get the breathing down but it was fine for the most part.

Came home and lifted, 8x40 abs, some chest exercises, and I realized I forgot to do hips. add it later.
