Felt alright I guess, didnt eat dinner last night and only had a bowl of cereal this morning so that might have been why I struggled a bit through the middle parts. Tried to keep it consistently faster today instead of just pulling another uncontrolled fartlek like yesterday. Sat in between 7.8 and 8mph for the majority of the time, occasionally bumped up to 8.5 or 9 for a little then went back down. Last 400-500m was at the highest it would go, def a little tougher than yesterday.
**the 5.01 and the .26 are the same run but I accidentally stopped my watch right at 5 miles but I still wanted to get another quarter in**
