Complicated workout... all at 5 min pace if not otherwise specified:
4 mins (2 rest) 5 mins (2 rest) 3 mins because of treadmill shorting out (3.5 rest waiting for another one) 7.5 mins with first 5 at 5 min pace and last 2:30 at 4:50 pace (2 rest) 2.5 min at VO2 max. The treadmill shorting out was annoying but the 7.5 definitely made up for it, tough as balls. Good workout overall and legs are feeling a bit better after using the rnj foam roller. Very solid week, 4 workouts
