Weather: 8am - decent but warming up
Comments:
ran with jeannine around the soccer fields, while some ghanaian students were playing a pickup game... didn't feel great running but it was much cooler than 11am, so I will run now by 7:30am or earlier. I felt good for the rest of the day, though, having started to get back into an exercise routine. I'm going to stick to ~ 30 min runs for a few weeks until I feel better in the heat and more comfortable running around campus, and then run for longer.
