Comments:
1. 105 min mild to medium run with 4x10 PUPS and 5x60m sprints
2. none
3. mostly roads, track for sprints, gravel and grass when possible
4. I felt pretty good, especially on the sprints. The last 15 minutes were tough, and my quads were a little sore thorughout the run.
