Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
It was rainy out today. Drove over to the fleet garage, then ran from there through the plantations, forest home, around the track and home via the bike path. Ran the whole thing with Max. He went slower so I looped back sometimes. Good distance for him. I couldnt see much with my glasses. Went real easy to finish up 60. Legs were heavy today, but I wasnt tired really. Ankle felt good while running too. New socks felt odd though.
Got back, stretched. did a little hips, a little hammies, roll, L7 then planks.
Take a few days off before camp and practice start up. I feel ready to get up to fast stuff now. I looked at my old running stuff again. I went up to 70 then held 66 before senior year (7 days a week). It messed me up. I am pretty happy with the plan this summer, and am ready to make up a new one for the season. We have big things to do. Everyone stay focused, healthy, positive, and have fun along the way.
