Weather: nice drizzle
Comments:
The trail was really nice and soft which was awesome. However I ran very poorly today. Everything felt out of sorts. My calves were very tired maybe from lifting or from the softer surface. The thing that made me really slow though was the breathing. My legs have felt fine most times, but I have noticed over the past couple months that I am having some trouble with my breathing because I feel that I get in O2 debt early and never come out of it. I don't know why but it really kills my runs. enough said
