Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Tons of people went down to xtrain in the pool. We all had to double up almost. Did 10 pull, 5 kick, 10 swim, then 10 underwater. Went on a 30 second interval. So 30 sec down, 30 sec back. Quicker I went, more rest. I was tired at the end. Ankle felt ok but it was kinda sore. Finally got towels after.
Stretched, hips, L7, and some planks up in the gym with everyone. Then we had breakfast, got lockers and loops!
