Ran over to the park from school to the bridge through dudley, sooooo fucking sore. Especially in the hammies. Anyways barely got tot strecth and Gene started the intervals. 2xtennis courts from the bridge to the tree. 2xlaferdies, the base of the trail, up the hill down bermudas through the gauntlent and back to the trail head then 2xheartbreak interval where we start at the little bridge up heartbreak down indian and back to the little bridge. mielage is a conservative effort on the intervals, probably closer to 3.75 or so but oh well. Really rough day, soo sore.
