Comments:
around a 3 mile warm-up and probably around a 4.5 mile cool-down. I just had one of those days where my mental focus was not where it needed to be and I did not run like I am capable of, enough said. I came in at 10:11. This is good though, I need something like this now and then to shock my focus back where it needs to be. Saturday it will be there!

Strength tutorial, abs, ice bath, push ups.
