LT run at the Fort. 1.5 mile warm-up there, strides and dynamic warm-up, 5 miles of LT 10 sets of 3 minute at 30 seconds slower than LT pace (7 min mile pace) and 30 seconds of goal rac pace (6 min pace). 10 x stride outs and 1.5 mile jog home.
