Exercise Type: Bike

Got a splendid breakfast, then digested before xtraining. It was a late night, but I felt decent in the morning. Ran over to Carlton with Grogan. ankles felt ok, better that in the past few days. I would like to do some of the tempo tomorrow. Anyways it was nice out too kinda cool. Got to Carlton and biked, elliptical, bike to break up the monotony. It was ok, but I was bored on the last bike section. Right ankle was kinda sore, left felt fine. listended to my Ipod and watched high school football. I was drenched in sweat after, then ran back tot he house.
Stretched, hips and L7 on the lawn. Felt good to sit out there on the last day of summer. Phil came over, we talked about stuff. Then I went up to roll and do ankles. Ice later tonight. Its go time for the season, even thought the race started months ago.
