Originally I didn't feel like running, but after eating half a box of cheezits I decided to just go out and run around. It was a good idea on my part and I ended up doing sort of a fartlek run by sprinting up all of the "hills" that I encountered along the way. No watch, no time. It was probably around 40 minutes or so though.
