Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
AM run with CKells. We were tired and sluggish we slogged through it. Felt kinda crappy. Just cruised through it. Felt good when I got back and stretched though. No tape, ankles felt a little unstable, but no rolls. I like the tape more... Means I need to strenghten by walking and doing drills.
Got back, stretch, roll, L7 and ankle stretches. Standard
