Practice is at 6 tonight but I dont feel like running at 6 at night then running in the early afternoon tomorrow, no thanks gene. I'll stick to my morning runs. Anyways, alot more sore that I thought I would be today honestly, most likely from the 200's yesterday, havent run that speed in 3 months lolz. Still pretty nervous about the race saturday, I'm just hoping to break 19, I feel like thats about the shape that I'm in sadly. Had none of this shit happened, sub 16:40 for sure. Anyways, same route as tuesday except I only ran a quarter mile on the track and ti was continuous. Really sore so tried to take it as easy as possible. Probably should have run less but whatever, now only to run the course tomorrow and then after the race with warmups/cooldowns I'll easily hit 40.
