Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Very muggy out. Went up around first lake and back then laps on Van Horn then some striders barefoot. The striders felt a little uncomfortable.
Then we did a lot of essentials. Stretch, roll, L7, hips and abs and icing. Hung out at Veale for a while. Meeting after with visualization. Out at Olive garden for a while too, kinda stressed. I want to run my best possible race tomorrow, and create a platform from which I can move up.
