Pretty sore this morning, didnt really feel in control of myself, weird. Started off realll slow but dazed out and found myself running faster than I wanted to a certain points but oh well, decent I guess. Barefoot strides and stretches afterwards. Workout tomorrow down at the bowl, hopefully tear it up.
