Forest Hills

Dominated the Lab make up today. Got to the locker room right as Ethan was about to go Out. I joined him. We decided on Forest hills. It was a nice way to welcome in the new fall air. Wow it was beautiful. I love this feeling and weather so much. Went out Mayfield and did the regular loop over the bridge and by the baseball fields. Good run. Didnt get taped up, trying to ween off the tape. Felt a little uneven in the left, I stayed careful. Overall felt good though. It was a little more than 7, so I think the 7 min pace is right on. We talked about the upcoming races, the packs, and other things relating to daily life.

Barefoot striders on the field when I got back. The wind was blowing hard in one direction, so one way I was flying, the other was tough... Thorough and good ankle/foot series stretching, L7, rope, roll, hips and planks and some icing. The off to dinner because I was real hungry.
