Headed south for this one. Rode in the blue van with Steve, CoachL, Drew, and Perisa. The team ran a tempo, and I came along even though I couldn't run, so I just did abs the whole time the team was running, with 2 PT exercises for breaks. Pancakes and chocolate milk afterwards courtesy of Coach Barnes.


200 high crunch, 100 side crunch, 30ea one leg hip bridges, 2 minute plank, 100 inverse crunches, 50ea extensor lifts, Countdown (straight leg raise, sets start every 2:00, 35 reps, decreasing by five per set).
