Comments:
8 hill loops up fairhill, with an 100m strider down each time. I felt pretty good and aside from the 7th repeat felt that my pace and form held well. We were pushing more at about 90% I think than 80 but that was good because hills should be a bit tough. My legs started to feel them around number 5-6. The weather was nice too. 3.0 mile warm-up and about 1.5 cool down.
Good workout.
