pool time and self care

Exercise Type: Swim

Comments:
Again, day off. Thursdays rock. Digested a bit after lunch, then swam for 20 mins. 4 strokes/ breath felt pretty good. I was def tired. I swam till open swim closed. There arnt that many people there at the end of a session.

After swimming, did a barefoot mile on the field, just to get my legs moving.

Stretch, hips, L7, roll, then ankle stuff downstairs while chatting with Mercer. Did abs upstairs again then iced. Dec day rained a ton on the walk home.

I am gonna switch up the long run this week, and run to the farm tomorrow, then see whats up with ALumni (taping, going hard, etc...)
