Comments:
First real workout in a while. Just a tempo on the track followed by 4x200 with 200 jog. Felt okay. Soccer stands were in the way on the backstretch and forced me out into lane 3 for each rep. Kind of annoying. Ran into Greg Jubb after I finished and did my cooldown(his warmup) with him.
