Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Woke up at an ungodly hour. We had to be out of the Pink Pig at an early time because another group was coming in. It was also raining out, so it was pretty crappy in general. We got up and out, and went down to the pavilion. We actually slept in the vans for an hour before everyone got there. Everyone started to show up, and the rain started to roll in. Coach taped my ankle, then we went on alittle warm up. By the end, our shoes were totally soaked. It was going to be an interesting day.

Coach didnt make racing mandatory, which is good because the atmosphere didnt really convey racing I felt. WE all went out in a big group, and I kinda just cruised. I want to be ready for the later races. Felt ok, but my right ankle was a little sore... Dove in the huge puddle at the end, which was was nastier than I thought.

Strenght after, then a cool down on the course again with Megan and Corey. Not too much stretching because we were eating, and everyone wanted to get back.
