My shins have been bugging me, especially one spot on my left one so I went to talk to Jess. She said its probably shin splints but wants me to see the doctor on Tuesday to be safe, probably have some x-rays for peace of mind. Told me not to run today or tomorrow, then see how I feel for Alumni.

Short bike then shin strengthening Coach gave me, followed by hurdles, static 1, and abs
