Some lessons for me

Weather: Kinda hot

Comments:
Felt good on the warmup. Some of that evaporated somewhere along the way and I ran substantially slower than I had hoped to. I took the pace out slower and was keeping it conversational but in the second half the fatigue caught up with me and despite slowing down I finished with another 192 HR reading. We headed to the track and did the standard progression 3x300m and cooled down to Veale. Post-run essentials took a while but were well worth it.
