Comments:
Ran 4 400's with 200 meter recovery, took full 400 recovery after the 4th and then remaining 4 with 200 meter recovery. Not too bad, initially hard because I haven't run fast in a while. Hipwas grabbing a bit, saw Erik after and will start some rehab with Heather next Monday. Want to get it cleared up, it's been hanging on too long.
