Kind of a weird day. DIETED from running to let the calf rest. Biked after work but didn't get going 'til after 1630 because I had to change a flat tire.
The bike to Anytime went really well, thanks to a gentle tailwind. Felt like I was rolling.
GOOD LIFT: I tried to up most of my weight, and it worked out well. I'm really glad I've gotten more serious about weights -- I feel a lot of strength gains, especially in my legs, where it's badly needed.
Didn't get done at Anytime 'til nearly 7PM. Did only push-ups and situps (30,60), then rode relatively easy home, in the dark!
