mini triathalon: Part 1

Comments:
Relatively easy day today. Kinda did a bunch of things. First went on a run around campus. Then did laps on van horn and the indoor track. Saw Flick doing his surveying. thought I was going to mess up thier calculations, but it was all good. Felt pretty good, kinda sore though, not that springy.

Bike followed by swim.

After came up, stretch, roll, hips, ankle stuff, and abs while Ethan was lifting. Legs feel way better after that! Iced my ankle a little too.

Still think that I can fit in the little jog at Calvin tomorrow. Secret Recipe. This is gonna be fun.
