Comments:
Warmed up via Euclid to forest hills and then had 6 1200 loops up the hill and around on top before a 400 recovery back down. The hill was knocking me out entirely and I would catch up on the flat, but I just was not feeling my best today. I stopped after 5 with Peter and went to the bathroom for a not too pretty experience. Cool down total was a bit more than 2.

Stretching, Abs, Gluts, Push-Ups before bed.
