  Comments: 
Warm up with Gaby and Miranda.  Cool down same.  Race alone.  Felt really good and my race was better than last weeks which was good.  I felt good cause I think I passed a lot of people throughout the race but I did lose some focus in the second mile.  My kick felt long and strong but it was probs just the usual.
