Comments:
Felt good! Mostly 41/42 for the first 8, then 38-39 for the last 8. I came late - I couldn't find my coat, which is a really bad reason - and I did the first 200 at the end.
Tired during and after the last few! I felt like I was going to tighten up afterwards, but I didn't really. I ran a 2 mile cooldown and felt great by the end.
