Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with Krueger before lifting. Roommate drama is going down. Steph is utterly worthless. If she dropped dead tomorrow the only thing I'd be sad about is the rent money increase. Queue Kanye "Fuuuckin Ridikkkulusss". Run was SLOW. I don't know if Krueger was tired or what. But oh well. Workout as follows..
Bench Press 5,4,3,2,1 145-165 (better, but still pitiful)
3x10 Lat Pull
3x10 Pec Deck
3x10 Tricep Dip Machine
3x10 Isolated Curls w/ 20 pd dumbbells.
