Gave a huge push for 1 hr at a level 8 (med/ hi resistance).... My legs turned out to be pretty sore from yesty so i wanted to really push them today to hopefully increase there stamina and glyco levels!!!!! I was very happy when i was finished, its not running but i feel pretty positive about the productivity!!!
