No lab today which felt nice. Had an interview w/ Dr Schraldi though, so I ran a little late. I like running alone on Tuesdays though. Especially in this weather. Get to regroup and enjoy. Wanted to try out the new super elongated eastside crossover, so I did. Went up Antisdale and Stauton, then came back Washington. Its nice the gap on Washington is kinda annoying. Claves felt real tight again, and legs were kinda heavy overall. Still didnt feel that bad, just good sore.

Got back, lots of good self care. Stretch, rope, roll, hips, L7, abs and some icing while chatting. Hopefully I feel looser tomorrow.
