descent workout today. not too fast but i was really tired. i didn't get much sleep last night then had 7 hours of class today. workout was 2x1mile, 800, 4x1000 with 1min rest. splits were (5:55, 6:01, 2:30, 3:49, 3:44, 3:47, 3:46)
