Comments:
we ran over to horse fork soccer park for our warmup... then we did 6 x400's targeting 80-85 seconds each, with 90 second recoveries in between. 10 minute rest then 6 x200's at sub 40 each with 45 second recoveries in between. cooldown back to school.. ice
good workout for the team
