Comments:
Ran mile repeats on a really muddy stretch of grass. Had Mercer pulling me through the first four which really helped. Glad he's back. Felt good physically but mentally shied away from the last one. Felt like a different kind of mental weakness, hopefully a barrier I can attack and break through. No injury pain to report so that's a good thing. Swapped the lift for extra hips and some non-leg lifting of my own.
